CBPay Options

SCTinst
CBPay is SCTinst ready. Reachability checks are available via webservice.

Straight-through Processing / Monitoring
CBPay is designed to provide the highest possible processing speed and complete automa-tion.
The data transfer (reading in) can take place automatically at a given time.
The data output (route output) may be executed at given times, at predetermined intervals. Likewise, a transmission can take place when a predetermined number of transactions or a total is reached. All internal functions are monitored (e-mail notification).

Clearing Networks and Formats
All relevant clearing networks (TARGET2, HBV, EMZ, EBA, EUROGIRO, ACH) and formats (SEPA SDD, SEPA SCT, SCC, SWIFT, EBA, EBICS, SWIFTNet FileAct, SWIFTNet FIN) are supported.
Standard formats are part of the basic setup. More specific networks and formats are availa-ble on demand.

Embargo interface
CBPay offers various embargo check interfaces to embargo systems of several providers. The embargo check is managed in a payment route.
The EU Regulation 1781/2006 is in force on January 1, 2007 and regulates the transmission of information about the client in money transfers.
This EU regulation stipulates that payment service providers must forward details of the prin-cipal at each stage of the payment transaction process. The objective of the measure is to prevent and detect money laundering or terrorist financing.
Failure to comply with these requirements, the banks since 15 December 2007 threatened sanctions.

Data Conversion
As part of customizing, CBPay allows you to convert delivered data into proprietary formats before processing into a known format.
For example, you can convert payments that are delivered in CSV format to SEPA files. It is also possible to convert enriched DTA direct debits to SEPA format. For enriched DTA direct debits you have the possibility to deliver DTA C-phrases with up to 100 extension parts.

Append Function
Some source systems generate single transactions and most target systems are optimized for batch processing. A payment route can be configured to the collect transactions until a limit or cut off time of the processing partner is reached.

Sensitive Data
CBPay allows to flag data as "sensitive". Only users with special permissions can then view transaction details. All other users can only see parent information for single record listings.

Calendar
For determining bank working days, a route-specific calendar can be used to determine a valid processing date. Especially when dealing with partner banks, individual calendars can optimize processing.

Schedule Management
The schedule management manages all payments and postings that are to be executed later. Processing is controlled by the execution date, which is part of the SEPA bulk header and in each individual payment for SWIFT.

SWIFT templates
You can create SWIFT templates for recurring, similar payments in CBPay, e.g. for dollar payments to your correspondent.
Templates can be called up and added to in SWIFT recording.

SDD mandates
CBPay allows to create and change mandates with the function 'Manage mandate admin-istration'. When you call the function, all existing authorizations are displayed with their related status (e.g. active, expired)

Standing Order Management
CBPay offers a standing orders management for SWIFT/SCT/SDD where you can create and change recurring payments. Standing orders can be displayed, checked, changed and deleted. The earliest possible execution date of a standing order can be determined.

Connection to various Booking and Disposing Systems
CBPay supports the connection to any booking system. SAP BCA and SAP FI, Kordoba, MBSopen and various customer booking systems are currently available.

Transaction Search
The transaction search provides a convenient way to search for all payments available in CBPay until day-end closing.

Research Archive
If you use the CBPay research archive, your production data will be transferred to the re-search archive for long-term research at the end of the day after the deadline specified under 'Payments with status tagabs'. After the set retention period, the data is also deleted in the search archive when you carry out the reorganization there.

Statistics
With this function, you can calculate the totals for the individual reporting schemas (ZVS1-5, ZVS8) of the Bundesbank for a selected period.
The sums calculated by CBPay can be viewed in the respective register and can also be changed manually there.
The determination and storage of the statistical data for all schemas takes place in the daily closing. The statistics are stored separately for each client.
These are held in CBPay for 5 years and overwritten from the 6th year. This ensures that the last 4 years in each case are completely present in CBPay.

Encrypted Data
It is possible to process encrypted data with CBPay. The necessary programs are provided with CBPay and can thus be integrated into the workflow by the connected systems. The use of this function should only be done in consultation of our experts.

Booking Fees
The general fee regulations are stored in the CBPay fee model. Even if you do not use this fee model, you can set fees for chargebacks and credit returns.

Digital Signature and Distributed Digital Signature
The EBICS VEU system (distributed digital signature) is supported.

SEPA Black / White – List
In order to comply with SEPA regulation Banks must allow customers to block their account. this function can be mapped in CBPay with the blacklist / whitelist function. You can allow direct debits or block specific direct debits for this account.
